How much does a website cost?

Builds are a fixed, one-off price: £499 for a sharp one-pager, £1,499 for a full multi-page site, £2,999+ for stores and booking systems. You get an exact quote before we start — and it doesn't change.

Can I see my site before I commit to the build?

Yes — that's the whole idea. For a £149 design fee (credited straight to your build) we design your real homepage first, so you see exactly what you're getting before committing to the full build. Love it and we build it — the £149 comes off the price. Not for you? There's nothing more to pay.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Everything runs through Stripe, in three simple stages: a £149 design fee to start (credited to your build), 50% once you approve the design and we begin building, and the balance on launch. Care plans are billed yearly.

How long until my site is live?

Accepted Answer

Most sites go live in about two weeks once we have your content — smaller one-pagers can be quicker. Need it faster? Ask about a priority build.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We reply the same working day with a short set of questions, then a fixed quote. If you're happy, we book your design stage — most people see their homepage design within a few days.

Do I have to write the words for my site?

Accepted Answer

No. Conversion copywriting is part of the build — we interview you briefly about your business and write everything for you. You review and tweak until it sounds like you.

What if I don't have photos or a logo?

Accepted Answer

Very common. We can build with quality stock imagery styled to your trade, and design a simple, clean logo as part of the Brand add-on (from £299). When you get real photos later, we'll swap them in.

Question 8

Who owns the website, domain and content?

Accepted Answer

You do — outright, from the moment the final balance is paid. Site, domain, copy, images: all yours. If you ever leave, everything comes with you. No lock-in, ever.

I already have a website. Can you redesign it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — redesigns start from £999. We rebuild it properly (design, speed, SEO), keep anything worth keeping, and make sure your Google presence carries over so you don't lose rankings you've earned.

Will I actually show up on Google?

Accepted Answer

Every build includes local SEO foundations and a properly set-up Google Business Profile, which is how nearby customers find you. Nobody can honestly guarantee a #1 ranking — anyone who does is selling snake oil — but we build exactly what Google rewards and you can track the results yourself.

What's in the care plans — and what if my site breaks?

Care covers hosting, security, backups, software updates and small changes, billed yearly from £249. If something breaks, you message us and we fix it — usually the same day. No care plan? We'll still help, billed as a small one-off.

Can I update the site myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we build on tools with a simple editor, and we'll show you how to change text, photos and prices. Prefer to never touch it? That's what the care plan is for.

Do you only work with certain trades?

We work with small & medium businesses of all kinds — trades, salons, cafés, clinics, garages, professional services. If customers search Google for what you do, we can get you found.

Is my site actually £499, or are there hidden extras?

The quote covers design, build, copywriting and launch. The only ongoing costs are the ones every website has — your domain (~£10–15/yr) and hosting/care — and we list them in the quote so there are zero surprises. No VAT surprises either.

Where are you based — and do we need to meet?

We're UK-based and work with businesses across the whole country. Everything happens over email — or a video call if you'd like one — at times that suit you. Most clients never need a meeting: the quote form is the fastest way to start.
